Everything starts with an email or a ticket in your customer portal. That’s deliberate — it means a technician can open your site, look at what’s actually happening and check the logs before replying, instead of guessing down the phone. Webmaster and Visibility customers get a callback or a Google Meet whenever a live conversation is the fastest way through. The number on this page is for sales and new projects.

Covered: your site is unavailable, it’s been hacked, a managed update broke something visible, your contact form stopped working, checkout or booking fails, or you need a backup restored.

Not emergencies: content changes, new pages or features, design preferences, SEO ranking movement, or an outage at a third-party service we don’t control.

Emergency restoration means returning your site to service from the most recent verified-clean backup. Manual malware repair, custom-code reconstruction and data recovery are quoted separately. Server or network incidents on our side are our problem, never billed to you.

We tell you before we start, not after. On Webmaster and Visibility, work beyond your included hours is $150 per hour; on Care, where no hours are included, it’s $200. Either way it’s quoted and approved by you first — you’ll never get a surprise invoice. And if you find yourself buying extra time most months, Visibility includes three hours and works out cheaper. We’d rather point that out than quietly bill you every month.

Absolutely not. We clone your website and set everything up on your own isolated allocation in the background. Your current site stays live the entire time. We only “flip the switch” once the new version is tested and verified.

Its own resources. Every covered website gets a guaranteed 2 virtual CPU cores and 2 GB of memory, walled off by CloudLinux. This is the part cheap shared hosting doesn’t do: on a normal shared plan, hundreds of sites draw from one pool, so somebody else’s traffic spike or badly written plugin becomes your slow afternoon. Here it can’t reach you.

Speed. LiteSpeed serves the pages with LSCache in front of it, so a repeat visitor is usually served a cached page rather than one built from scratch. Southern Utah visitors are hitting a server in the United States, not one on another continent.

Protection. Imunify360 handles the firewall and scans every file daily for malware. If something malicious does land, removing it and closing the hole it came through is part of your plan, not a paid emergency.

Recovery. Backups run daily to separate infrastructure, so a restore never depends on the server that had the problem. If a managed update breaks something, we put the previous version back rather than debug it while your site is down.

Certificates. SSL is included and renews itself for as long as you’re subscribed — no annual fee and no expired-certificate warning on a Sunday.

We aim for 99.9% uptime. That’s a target we hold ourselves to rather than a service level agreement with defined credits, and we’d rather say so plainly than print a number we haven’t written terms for.

No. We’d rather earn your business every month than hold you to a year of it. Monthly plans are exactly that — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and the change takes effect straight away.

Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months in exchange for the discount, so changes there take effect at your renewal date rather than mid-term. You can cancel the renewal at any point and you’ll simply run to the end of what you’ve already paid for. Upgrading mid-term is the one exception — if you outgrow your plan we’ll credit what’s unused against the new one rather than make you wait.

Not at renewal — that’s the one thing we’ll never do. We don’t run intro pricing that resets, and your rate doesn’t change just because a term ended. If our own costs ever move enough that we genuinely can’t hold a price, we’d change it for everyone at once, tell you at least 60 days ahead, and never mid-term. You’re month-to-month with no contract, so if you don’t like it, you leave. No penalty, and we’ll help you move.

Yes. Custom website design starts at $2,000, and final pricing depends on the number of pages, content requirements, design complexity, functionality and integrations. Never. Your site, your domain, your data — you own all of it. Ask and we’ll hand you a complete backup and help your next host get it running. We’d rather you leave on good terms and send us a referral than feel trapped. That’s also why there’s no contract to get out of.
